Aleix Tobias is a drummer and percussionist who, between conservatories and travels, has studied music with maestros such as David Xirgu, Tito Busquets, Misirli Ahmet, Eliseo Parra or Sengane N'gom, among others.
He has played with musicians from very different backgrounds, from Eliseo Parra, Sílvia Pérez Cruz and Carles Benavent to Jackson Browne, Tal Wilkenfeld, Misirli Ahmet, Erkan Ogur Doudou N'diaye Rose Family or Aziza Brahim, among a long list. He currently leads the Coetus project, a band of 18 percussionists and 3 singers.
In this concert in Palma he performs with the singer-songwriter, guitarist and composer Carles Dènia, with whom Aleix Tobias has collaborated on numerous occasions.
