Aldarulls

A musical piece which presents the history of a village where one of the inhabitants is an eye thief, an unknown and mysterious character who, at the same time, has become a myth. Everyone accepts it and no one has tried to stop it.

The action starts with the arrival of an ophthalmologist who realizes that his business has no future in a town where people do not have eyes. Guided by his own interests he will try to put an end the thief and the innocence of an entire village.

The Aldarull’s music written by Victor Ferragut integrates a diverse set of songs addressing the tragicomic nature of the drama. It's fresh, fun and emotional. The viewer can hear from a ballad to a waltz passing through a tango.
