The 2017 edition of the Chopin Festival in Valldemossa ends with this piano recital by Barcelona's Alba Ventura. With works by Liszt, Chopin, Debussy, Scriabin and Rautavaara.
Alba Ventura debuted at the age of 13 with the Orquestra de Cadaqués in San Sebastian and at the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid. In 2014 she toured China with great success and was invited by the Chopin Society of Connecticut to perform a tour of recitals trhoughout the United States. She combines her concerts with her educational side, being a full professor at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu de Barcelona.
