El Colegio de Aparejadores de Mallorca and the Fundación Aedificat are launching the initiative Al cementerio de día (At the cemetery in daylight), a different way to discover the cemetery of Palma by the hand of Carlos Garrido.
A journey of about two hours conducted by this writer and disseminator, commenting on the graves of many important figures of Palma, such as Joan March, Eusebi Estada or Emili Darder. Artists like Alexandre de Riquer or Jorge Sepúlveda.
Carlos Garrido will also remember in a pleasant way many stories related to the cemetery, such as that of the New Zealand aviator Jean Batten. The explanations and readings will be in Spanish.
