'Adoració dels Reis'

Every four years, the last electoral year, the councilors of the Alcúdia City Council represent L'adoració dels Reis, a traditional text in popular verse or gloss.

2023 is an election year, so Adoració dels Reis returns to the Auditori d'Alcúdia with dramaturgy and direction by Francesca Palou, costumes by Antònia Marquès and choreography by Antònia Cerdà.

As usual, during the creation process the contributions of the actors and actresses have been introduced, respecting the original metrics. Thus, numerous verses referring to the current situation of the municipality have been added, which give the show a fresher and more comical air. The performance is held for the benefit of the Alcúdia Cancer Association.
