The cycle Composers of cinema in concert, organized by the Balearic Association of Friends of the soundtracks (ABABS), dedicates this concert to the music of American composer and conductor John Williams (New York, 1932).
Over six decades of career, Williams has composed the soundtrack of such famous films as Jaws, ET: The Extra-Terrestrial, Superman, Jurassic Park, Schindler's List or the saga of Star Wars movies, including the latest released in December 2015.
