The piano duo Blanco-Cortès, composed of pianists Francesc Blanco and Maria Victoria Cortez, perform the work Planets op. 32 of Gustav Holst 32 in its original version for two pianos, marking the first time that this version will be heard in Mallorca.
This multidisciplinary concert, in which videos related to each of the planets will be screened, is held to mark the 25th anniversary of the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca installed in Costitx. The program will be completed with pieces of nocturnal inspiration as Clair de lune by Debussy and Ravel’s Prelude to the night.
