18è Seminario Traveling School Playjazz

Three days of lectures, classes in improvisation, combo rehearsals and live performances led by Jimmy Weinstein, director of the Traveling School. This cultural association is dedicated to carry out creative music seminars in the field of festivals, schools and social programs.

It is held from August 4 to 6 at the Sa Pobla School of Music and the faculty is made up of Jimmy Weinstein (drums), Lilly Santon (voice / standards), Toni Miranda (guitar), Pep Garau (trumpet) , Thomas Fontin (saxophone) and Llorens Barceló (piano/keyboard).

The seminar is part of the program of the Mallorca Jazz Sa Pobla festival organized by the Culture Department of the Sa Pobla City Council, one of the most anticipated events for jazz lovers on the island. The 29th edition is held from July 26 to August 30, 2023 and schedules an opening concert in Plaza Major and four in Parc de Can Cirera Prim.
