‘La visita’

Sea Productions presents this production consisting of two parts: Una Visita Esperada  (An expected visit) and Una Visita Inesperada  (An unexpected visit), lasting approximately 30 to 40 minutes each. The first explores the power relations approaching tragedy, while the second explores conflicts between three in territories closer to comedy.

The pieces are of two or three characters which are embodied by members of El actor en desequilibrio (The imbalanced Actor) a kind of theatrical performance lab launched in 2010 under the direction of Joan Carles Bellviure.

Both pieces are intended to be rendered in unconventional theater spaces, like the dining room of private houses. Thus, after the presentation of La Visita  (The visit) in the Teatre del Mar, this innovative theatrical formula in Mallorca  will begin offering itself to private homes in the neighborhood of El Molinar between October and December, on their free days of their current tour through Spain with El sopar,  a production released in 2011.

After El Molinar (Palma), La Visita will be taken on tour through the rest of Mallorca. No representation is the same the actors will have to create new text and situations every night.
