A show of Camut Band which is fresh, original, surprising and full of energy, since its premiere in 2000-in Barcelona and at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh with great success- Life is rythme has traveled the stages of half the world and now reaches to Mallorca, where you can look at the Teatre d'Arta and in the Auditorium of Peguera.
In it are merged African percussion, tap dance, voice and dance on the sand. They fuse techniques of modern tap dancing with percussion of different cultures and new instruments they have fabricated themselves.
Camut Band was created in 1995 by dancers and choreographers Rafael and Luis Mendez and percussionist Toni Español. Over the years they expanded the number of components to the seven of today. In Life is rhythm, besides those mentioned, are involved Guillem Alonso and Jordi Satorra.
