‘Tout/Rien’

The Belgian company Modo Grosso premieres Tout/Rien, a textless performance of directly manipulated objects in the Balearic Islands.

Alexis Rouvre proposes a surprising manipulation of time, a staging based on the symbolism of objects and the sensations conveyed by their kinetics, sound, and lighting. Using chains, needles and wool, volcanic stones, sand, magnets, and pendulums, he develops a minimalist vocabulary in the service of a poetic, rhythmic, and fascinating style.
