El libro, acompañado de 380 fotografías, se centra en su trayectoria deportiva, que se remonta a 1955, y aspectos más personales de su vida, a los que dan voz su mujer, Francisca Valcaneras, su hija Margarita Timoner y su nieta Silvia Picornell.
