The cinema Sala Augusta of Palma dedicates every Tuesday, from October 2 to December18, to a classic film series in which can be seen twelve titles which may be considered essential in the history of cinema. The films are screened in their original language and in 35mm format an opportunity to revisit the classics from the big screen.
The Seven Year Itch is a comedy from 1955 directed by Billy Wilder that exalted the image of Marilyn Monroe, who shared cast with Tom Ewell and Oskar Homolka, among other actors. The scene of Marilyn with her skirts lifted in the air from the mouth of New York subway has become an icon of cinema.
