The plot revolves around the complex relationship between a father (Sleiman) and his son (Shahar) due to the journey they undertake after the track of a possible son of the first left as a souvenir (memory) when he served in the Jewish Brigade during World War II. This was a common practice among displaced soldiers and Sleiman had sex with two Dutch women.
