Amores Grup de Percusió closes the Palma de Primavera cycle with this concert in the courtyard of the Misericòrdia Cultural Center with which it also wants to celebrate the European Day of Music. The group is made up of Pau Ballester, Ángel García and Jesús S. Chapi.
The concert aims to encourage listening to and experiencing avant-garde music with a walk through contemporary percussion by famous composers such as Isaac Albéniz, Astor Piazzolla, J.S. Chapi, N. Zivlovic and R. Peck, famous for their trio percussion concerts.
Program: Drumming, by S. Reich; Libertango, by A. Piazzolla (arr. by J. S. Chapi); Trio per Uno, by N. Zivkovic; Tinajas, by J. S. Chapi; Sevillatnev, from Albéniz/Chapi; and Lift Off, by R. Peck.
