Twelfth album of Lujuria, one of the most emblematic Spanish heavy metal groups, Sexurrección is the new work of this band that had been two years without releasing themes of their own composition. This is a mature album full of hymns which they will feature at Factoria de So.
Lujuria is a band with an erotic heavy metal style created in Castilla-León in 1993 and consists of five guys from Segovia that fuse sexual texts and strong rhythms. They are also known to be involved in social causes through their music.
The formation is formed by: Oscar Sancho (vocals), Jesús Sanz (rhythm guitar), Julio Herranz (lead guitar), Javier Gallardo (bass) and César Frutos (drums). Among their last works, stand out Llama eterna (Eternal Flame) (2010), a tribute to the great national rock bands like Barricada, Goliath, Bruque, Santa or Triana, an album which includes versions of classic hymns of Spanish heavy metal.
