The young composer Antoni Mairata is the author of this symphony dedicated to the Serra de Tramuntana which now opens in the Castell de Son Mas in Andratx. It is interpreted by the Balearic Youth Orchestra, directed by Joan Barceló and Cor Ciutat de Mallorca, directed by Joan Lainez, representing more than 130 musicians. The soprano Silvia Fluxà acts as soloist.
La Serra de Tramuntana is a work that represents as a journey through the mountains during a year, divided into four seasons.
