‘Parlem’

A show of contemporary classical music and dance staged by the Bulgarian cellist Ivanila Lultcheva and Mallorcan dancer Albert Garcia. This is a creation which is the result of the research of the two artists.

The work is divided into two parts. In the classical part Lultcheva Ivanila interprets on cello four pieces by four classical composers that are intertwined. The dancing of Albert Garcia here is simple and elegant, creating an atmosphere full of sensitivity.

The second piece is of contemporary inspiration with electric cello music. Lultcheva interprets modified classical compositions and does percussion with the instrument. There the dancing of Garcia turns into abstract movements and involves on the scene video reproductions with real images modified by technology.

In Capdepera is presented in the Street Arts Festival, the festival of street arts held until the end of September. View full program related document.
