Els Solistes de Balears offer this tribute concert to Gilbert Thomas performing La Nova Simfonia Clàssica del Mediterrani, composed by renowned musicians from the Balearic Islands.
The concert is directed by Vicent Jean Gervais Lalire and Jordi Miralles Calabuig and Cyril Pouillet act as soloists.
The program consists of Romanian folk dances, by Bartók; Concerto for oboe in D minor, by Marcello; Concerto for trumpet in D major, by Torelli; Eine Kleine Nachtmusik - Mozart's Little Night Serenade.
