Directed and written by Josep Maria Miró, Nerium Park has picked up two awards since it has been launched: the VII Premio Maso Quim for theatrical projects and the literary prize Jaume Vidal i Alcover-Ciutat de Manacor 2013 for theatrical texts.
The protagonists are Gerard (Roger Casamajor) and Marta (Pujol Alba), a couple who just bought a flat in a newly built complex on the outskirts of the city with the idyllic name Nerium Park. But nothing will turn out as they had hoped.
The work has an original structure, as it is divided into twelve scenes that correspond to each of the months of the year. It plays with elements of a thriller and reflects on the impact of the urban and socioeconomic environment in the intimate space of a couple.
