Choreographer Liisa Pentti brings her audiences the enchanted world of female divas, icons of our adoration and objects of our desire. Mabel is a woman without shame or remorse, a diva and a shaman-performer. But to celebrate life, it is also necessary to talk about death and embrace the realms we can only enter in our dreams.

Mabel Revival is based on Liisa Pentti's previous solo work, Mabel or The Queen of Bones, which premiered at the Zodiak Center for New Dance in Helsinki in 2008 and has been touring ever since. Language: English.
