The use of new technologies in creating choreography is one of the keys to contemporary dance, and the Taiwanese company Anarchy Dance Theatre, founded in 2010, carries it out in a virtuoso way in its shows.
They use theater and dance to express concerns about life, and promote interaction between the public and the corps de ballet to create a world of relationships, with the aim of exploring the expressionist dance style of our time. This proposal is part of Palma amb la Dansa (Palma with the Dance).
I-Feng Tung is responsible for the piece How to say. She is an independent choreographer, performer and dance instructor who has presented her work worldwide. Meanwhile Cheng Yi-Wen, a graduate of the Dance Department of Chinese University, stages Memory in May, a beautiful and colourful proposal which takes as its starting point the floral bedspreads that mothers tailored for to their daughters for their dowry.
