‘El gran manicomi’

In this production about the poetic work of Antonina Canyelles, the company Estudi Zero approaches it with an open approach, which includes the interpretation of a wide selection of her poetry collection with very diverse resources.

A process of literary research in different fields: the texts, the meanings, the transgressive and anti-system ideas, its anti-fascism, anticlericalism, a daring feminism, a radical Catalanism, an anti-monarchical republican aspect.

A co-production of Teatre Principal and Estudi Zero with dramaturgy and direction by Pere M. Mestre performed by Pepa Ramon, Xim Vidal, Lourdes Erroz, Pere Mestre, Laura Dalmau, Joseda Ropero and Maria Rosselló. With the participation of musicians Zoriana Ivaniv and Oleh Zahiney. Catalan language. Recommended age: from 12 years.
