The IX Mostra Internacional de Teatre Independent i Alternatiu presents George Sand. Mi vida es la vuestra. A show created and performed by Analía Puentes with direction by Jessica Walker.

The Uruguayan actress embodies the French writer George Sand, a key figure in 19th century French literature and a pioneer in the defence of women’s rights. An honest, passionate and profound production that features the presence of a live pianist, creating an atmosphere and a poetic dialogue with the performer. Thus, music, literature and theatre merge on stage to reflect a life marked by artistic creation.

The text written by Camilo Zaffora, in collaboration with Analía Puentes, is inspired by Historia de mi vida, George Sand’s autobiography, novels and letters by the writer, testimonies and historical documents of the time. Language: Spanish.
