Thomas Noone Dance presents this original dance, puppet and visual show for the whole family about friendship, trust and collaboration.
Based on a Hindu tale, The Cat Who Wanted to Change History tells the story of an animal community – a cat, an owl, a lizard and a mouse – who live together in a bayán tree.
They all live with a bit of fear of the animal above them in the tree, but they manage to live together. Everything changes when the cat falls into a hunter’s trap, and the mouse saves her with the promise that he will never kill her. After the incident, the cat tries to befriend the mouse, but he never quite trusts him and, finally, it is the owl who intervenes. A story about trust and loyalty, in contrast to the laws of nature.
La gata que quería cambiar la historia (The Cat Who Wanted to Change History) is performed by Berta Martí, Joel Mesa, Eleonora Tirabassi and Hector Puigdomènech. Language: Spanish. Recommended age: from 6 years old.
