‘Lo cant de les ànimes mudes’

Víctor Álvaro directs the staging of this text, a work by Víctor Català and Ismael Dueñas, which is now being presented as part of the 10th Cicle de Teatre Íntim, with the audience on stage.

In the heart of two rural Catalan families who have accumulated years of disputes and fights over land, the seed of a new love between the heir and the daughter germinates, which could change this situation.

Despite everything, the pressure of family history makes our protagonists let the years go by without exchanging anything more than a few glances with each other, which, ironically, makes this feeling flourish with more force, which neither the estrangement due to the heir's military service or the marriage of the daughter manage to diminish, and which will accompany them in secret until the autumn of their lives.
