Ca nostra, written in 1956, is one of the most significant works of the Mallorcan author Joan Mas i Bauçà (Deia, Palma 1928-1992). Degree in law, public official and film critic, Mas devoted much of his career to theater.
He was an active member of the Balearic Cultural Work and contributor to publications such as Cort, Diario de Mallorca and Baleares. The dramatized reading of Ca nostra, Born Theatre Prize in 1961, is directed by Carles Canut and performed by Joan Carles Bestard, Llorenç Cloquell, Aina Cortès, Colau Cortès, Miquel Fullana, Jaume Fuster, Irene García Calvo, Pedro Horrach, Joan Maria Pascual, Aina Segura, Jaume Sureda and Lina Terrassa.
