The American playwright and screenwriter David Lindsay-Abaire - Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2007 for Rabbit Hole, is the author of this work premiered in Manthattan in 2011 and two Tony Award nominations in the edition of that year, for Best Play and Best Actress.
This production of Teatre Goya is directed by Argentinian Daniel Veronese and presents with honesty, humor and sensitivity the tragic story of Margie Walsh, a single mother with a disabled daughter who lives just outside of Boston and is in bankruptcy. Despite the drama, Bona gent is, above all a story about friendship.
With Merce Arànega in the title role, the cast is completed by Alex Casanovas, Jaume Nies, Carol Muakuku Ruben Ametllé and Àngela Jove.
