'La bella Helena'

Cor de Cambra Ars Antigua presents La bella Helena, opera buffa in three acts with music by Jacques Offenbach and French libretto by Henru Meilhac and Ludovic Halévy. Parody the story of the flight of Helana with Paris set in the Trojan War.

The musical direction of this production is by Eulàlia Salbanyà and the stage direction of Antoni Rosselló. Performers: Montse Mozo (Helena, wife of Menelau), Sergi Gil (Paris, son of King Priam of Troy), Sergi Gil (Menelau, King of Sparta), Joan Antoni Oliver (Calchas, Grand Priest of Jupiter), Ferran Hernández (Agamemnon, king of Mycenae), Francesca Gelabert (Orestes, son of Agamemnon), Joan Toni Sunyer (Achilles, king of Troy), Daniele Fregapane (Ajax I, king of Salamis), Moli Quetglas (Ajax II, king of Locrida), M. Antònia Guardiola (Bisac, maiden of Helena).

The Greek Choir is made up of the members of Ars Antiqua: Petra Riera, Joan Vila, M. Antònia Llodrà, Natàlia Mus, Esteve Sastre, Eduard Servera, Pilar Marquès, Guillem Mateos, Maria Esperança Martí, Magdalena Riera, Maria Galmés, Andre Roy, Catalina Capellà, José Antonio Prada, Adolfina Pérez, Antoni Ladària, Joan Miralles, Maria Concepció Estelrich.
