In 1974, they won the Eurovision Song Contest with their song Waterloo, at a time when it was followed by a massive television audience. This earned the Swedish group Abba, consisting of two couples in real and artistic life, the rise to fame and reap a handful of hits in the seventies until 1982 when, already divorced, they decided to withdraw.
The production Abba 40, which now opens in Trui Theatre is a faithful chronological journey through the history of the legendary group performed by five actors-singers: Sara Gravalos, Jazmin Abuin, Edu del Val, Josh and Kike Navas. Joining them will be the band led by German Marcos Niemietz, seven dancers and new audiovisuals.
